2021: A Year to Remember for Elite Mining Inc

We hope 2022 is off to a great start for you. We wish you peace, health and happiness in the new year.
We’d like to thank you for the support you’ve given Elite Mining Inc. Without you, we couldn’t fulfill our mission to revolutionize the way cryptocurrencies are mined.
As you know, 2021 was a big year for us, one of both challenges and successes. As we reflect on the year, we thought it best to recap our key milestones and achievements in 2021.

Official Move to Wyoming
The EMI executive and manufacturing teams now operate in two adjacent properties in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This move will allow our subsidiary, Elite Mobile Units, to increase the production of our mobile immersion units by over 300%.
We hosted a grand opening for our Wyoming Headquarters in December 2021, with many prominent faces from the local community attending. Mayor Patrick Collins even talked about the event in his Mayor’s Minute piece in the Wyoming Tribune Eagle.
Our move to Wyoming also received a lot of support from Senator Cynthia Lummis. Our relationship with her has been instrumental in getting off to a good start in Cheyenne. We look forward to working with Senator Lummis closely as we expand our operations within Wyoming.
Elite Mining Inc Can Now Capture Stranded Energy
with AXP Energy Limited
One of the biggest successes of 2021 was signing a partnership deal with AXP Energy Limited. This deal will allow us to capture flare and stranded gas, enabling us to expand our mining operations to remote locations throughout the United States. By capturing this stranded or flare gas, EMI can power mining operations and reduce carbon emissions.
The Release of Our White Paper:
The Green Future of Crypto Mining
In July, we published a white paper, The Green Future of Crypto Mining: Pairing Efficiency with Sustainability to Maximize Profits. The White Paper focuses on the environmental impact of mining and how we can use green energy to mine cryptocurrency while deploying immersion mining technology.
Partnership with Touzi Capital
In early November, we signed a partnership deal with Touzi Capital, a private equity company.
Through the joint venture, Touzi Capital will deploy over 1000 Bitmain miners with Elite Mining throughout 2022.
Partnership with Hash Haus Mining
In November, EMI signed a joint venture deal with Haus Haus Mining, a young, environmentally conscious and low-cost energy crypto mining fund. Through the cooperation, Hash Haus has reserved 1 MW of power with us and will deploy 160 miners at our mining facilities.
Hot Off The Press: Interviews with Justin
In early September, CEO Justin Podhola was interviewed by Tyler Gallagher, CEO and Founder of Regal Assets, to discuss the 5 Things You Need To Understand In Order To Successfully Invest In Cryptocurrency. These articles were published by both Authority Magazine and Thrive Global. They’re great reads and offer insight into Justin and his philosophies.
In October, Justin also appeared on CoinDesk’s Money Reimagined show. During the episode, Justin discussed the shift of Bitcoin mining to the United States, as well as new trends in the space.
Elite Mining Shined at the Mining Disrupt Conference
In July 2021, our CEO Justin Podhola took center stage as a keynote speaker at the Mining Disrupt Conference in Miami, Florida, introducing our cutting-edge Immersion Mining Pods and Elite Mobile Units.
During his talk Justin shared his vision to “go green” by using new technology solutions that reduce costs, increase revenue and emit less carbon than current generation immersion mining tech. EMI was also a VIP exhibitor along with our partners at Minerset, who offer an all-in-one solution for purchasing and shipping mining hardware.
We’re Now a Team of Nearly 100… And We’re Hiring!
In 2021, we expanded from just a few dozen employees and contractors to nearly 100 team members. We are still rapidly expanding and looking for new team members to work and grow with us. EMI offers a unique opportunity to join a high-growth company that’s revolutionizing the crypto mining industry.
